Neo floorlamp by Cottex, Sweden – plexiglas and nylon wire, 1990’s

Event though this lamp strongly resembles the style of Paul Secon’s wire lamps, we attribute this lamp to be a Neo floor lamp manufactured by Cottex, Sweden. Normally these lamps only come as ceiling lamps, so to find one as a floor lamp is rare. It is in good vintage condition. The base shows some signs of its age, but does not detract from its beautiful presence. The lamp is made of metal and the “shade” is made of plexi glass crescent shaped panels and nylon wires.
