Hexagonal Pendant Lamp, North Sweden — 1960s/1970s

When lit, the fabric glows a deep, warm crimson, the weave becoming visible and the stripes dissolving into a single luminous wash of red. The effect is intimate and cosy.

The style is strongly reminiscent of craft-led pendant production from northern Sweden during the 1960s and 70s, when textile and woodwork traditions were frequently combined in domestic lighting with great skill and warmth.

Condition is superb. The fabric is undamaged and retains its full colour. The frame is clean and straight. All twelve wooden globes are present and in excellent shape. E27 bulb.
