Set of Three Candle holders by Gunnar Ander for Ystad-Metall, Sweden, 1950s

This is a mid-century modern set of three brass and cobalt blue art glass candlestick holders designed by Gunnar Ander for the Swedish manufacturer Ystad Metall. The design features a stylized, winding brass stem and cobalt blue glass bobeches (candle collar) shaped like a flower. The set was produced in the 1950s.

This particular style is designed to hold a single taper candle with a diameter of 12 mm.

The candle holders are in good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. The glass collars are immaculate. Marked “Made in Sweden”.
