My name is Herman Koppe, and welcome to my site!

My passion for vintage pieces—especially lighting—began in my teenage years and has continued to grow ever since.

In recent years, this passion found a new dimension through the restoration of several abandoned buildings in the Algarve, Portugal, transforming them into the holiday homes Casa da Lila in Silves and Quinta da Lila in Monchique. Vintage items played a central role in these projects, as I believe they bring character, history, and soul to a space.

Lighting, in particular, has a unique ability to shape atmosphere. The right lamp or candle holder can create warmth, intimacy, and a genuine sense of well-being.
